What is a workout like?
First off you will never do the exact same workout twice and each day can vary from any of the following

What you'll need:
- Towel
- Water Layered attire for the outdoors
- Running shoes and workout attire
Workout Location: MONDAY: Big John McCarthy's Ultimate Training Academy
WEDNESDAY: College of the Canyons Football Stadium
FRIDAY: Varies from week to week. |
